Much different view this time. I decided it would be nice to take a pick from above the grey and gloomy ground and decided that flying to Reno for the day would be the perfect way to do so. Unfortunately the fun stops there as i'm really just going down to do inventory and come back. My department doesn't have a permanent person on staff in Reno so we rotate out on who has to go down each month. Its my turn this month so here is the inversion from above and a kinda crappy image of downtown Reno taken from our Datacenter.

Since this is the 1st true inversion we have had this winter I figured someone should record the day for posterity.

Wow I have been slacking. I setup my blog and make 1 freaking post. Meh I guess thats my usual course of action. I hope to start blogging more but I cant say for sure if it will be on this site or on a slightly better system that a friend hosts on a different server. Just so you don't feel quite so ripped off reading my rant here is a nice image taken last year from my cell phone in a parking lot, enjoy.

W00t for easy to install blog software. Mad props to Nick for finding this software, I wanted to install Wordpress(and still may) but for the time being this will work just fine. Is it sad when you can get a new blog up and running and have time to post just in the prelab for Ecology? Meh time for fun and exciting lab experiments, hope I dont fall asleep.
